Annual Cost
$189 + tax / 1 unit
$100 + tax for each additional unit
S.E.A. customers are not charged extra for call-out fees or overtime rates, including weekends and holidays.
Heating Maintenance
- Inspect proper burner operation
- Inspect flame sensor
- Clean burner assembly, if needed
- Inspect high limit switch
- Inspect flame roll-out switches
- Inspect furnace exhaust
- Change filter(s) or wash, if washable
- Check thermostat operation
- Tighten electrical connections
- Check combustion air motor
- Check indoor blower motor amps
Cooling Maintenance
- Wash outdoor coil, as needed
- Inspect outdoor fan blade for cracks
- Tighten electrical connections
- Check indoor/outdoor motor amps
- Inspect electrical contactor
- Check compressor capacitor
- Inspect emergency condensate pan
- Blow/clear out main drain
- Change filter(s) or wash, if washable
- Check thermostat operation
- Check outdoor unit low-voltage wiring
